Water Exercise Class At the Grubb Y

Come join our Water Exercise Class held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 am - 10 am. Or Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 6:15 pm. Water Fitness provides encouragement and motivation to continue exercising; can improve agility and mobility, improve body awareness as well as providing opportunities for social activities outside of the class.
